This website is UNTH.AI’s marketing site. It includes demonstration AI assistants (a chat widget and a voice agent) that let you experience the kind of systems we build.

AI-generated responses

The chat and voice assistants generate responses using AI. Their answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and are provided for information and demonstration only.

Nothing an assistant says is a binding quote, offer, or contract. Any pricing figures shown on the site or by an assistant are indicative and subject to a scoping conversation before any engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or its assistants — for example by attempting to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit unlawful content, or use it to harm others.

We may restrict or withdraw access if the site is used in a way that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site content, design, and code are owned by UNTH.AI or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Ownership of the systems we deliver under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement — typically you own the delivered system once fully paid, as set out in the relevant contract.

The site and its demo assistants are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, UNTH.AI is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated responses or indicative information on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when they last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
