The Problem

The same big shop needed a strong engine behind the scenes to keep track of all its products, take payments in different currencies, and pay the people who help promote it — all without staff working out payments by hand and making mistakes.

What We Built

We built the behind-the-scenes system that keeps track of every product and payment, plus a rewards program that works out on its own who should be paid for sending in customers.

How It Works

1. Every product and order is stored safely in one organised place.
2. When someone a promoter referred makes a purchase, the system records it.
3. It waits a set time to make sure the sale is real, then works out the reward.
4. Approved payments are gathered into a ready-to-pay list for the team.

What Changed

The team can now reward their promoters around the world correctly and grow that network, without adding up payments by hand.
